Noam Israeli, drums:  was selected as a finalist in the prestigious Thelonious Monk International Drum Competition, held in Washington DC. Started studying piano at a very early age and started playing drums at age 13, making it his main instrument. After graduating from the prestigious Thelma Yellin High School of the Arts with a Diploma of Excellence from the Jazz Department, he continued his studies both at Rimon School of Jazz and at the Center for Jazz Studies, Israel Conservatory of Music, Tel Aviv and The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music, NYC. 

 

Eyal Matri, bass: Studied at "Thelma-Yellin" School of arts, "Rimon" School of jazz & contemporary music, and finishes these days his studies for bachelor of music degree at the "Jerusalem Academy Of Music". He is a double bass player and a student of Dr. Michael Klinghoffer.Currently, Eyal also writes & produces music for theater, animation, films, and is a post-production engineer.

 

Arad Yeini, trumpet: one of the leading and the busiest trumpet players today in Israel. Extensively performing in festivals in Israel and around the world, such as IAJE Festival in New York, Kaunas Jazz Festival, Eilat Jazz Festival with his own Jazz Quintet, Baku Jazz Festival, Cannes, and many more.  Has played with Amit Golan, Alon Yavnai and most of the leading Jazz musicians in Israel. Is performing with Idal Raichel Project.

 

Eyal Vilner, alto: Born in Tel Aviv, saxophonist/clarinetist/flutist-arranger/composer/conductor Eyal Vilner moved to New York in 2007. Vilner has been performing since at some of New York City landmarks such as Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Dizzy’s Club, Iridium, Small’s and Hudson River Park Stars of Tomorrow Series and has been collaborating with jazz legends such as: Frank Wess, Jimmy Heath, Jimmy Owens and Junior Mance. His debut album - Introducing the Eyal Vilner Big Band (Gut String Records) has been on the top Jazz Radio Charts throughout the US and Canada and received some raving reviews.

 

Matan Vardi, tenor: first chair saxophone in the IDF Orchestra (Israel) and student in the Rimon-Berklee Academic Program for outstanding musicians.  Participated in master classes and performed with Phil Woods, Larry Monroe, Anat Cohen and Yoni Rechter, played in Tel Aviv jazz Festival 2013. 

 

Alon "Tewl" Tamir, guitar: 26 years old, has been playing guitar since age 14, with a strong background in jazz and rock music. Studies at Rimon School of Music and the Shtricker - New School program. Collaborating with the keyboardist Jordan Rudess (Dream Theater), the renowned musician Eyal Amir, "Project RnL" and "Key Of The Moment".

 

Tal Blumstein, piano: Born in Tel Aviv, Israel, 23 years old pianist and composer Tal Blumstein currently lives in New York, and will be graduating form the New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music in May 2014 with a degree in Jazz Performance. During his career, he had been a lead pianist in the IDF Orchestra, the musical director of a musical-theatre school in Israel, musical director of small productions, mostly for pop singers and a performer as a leader and as a sideman. Tal took part in several international tours and festivals.
